Romania-traditional.ro (SC BRENAS R.C. SRL) sells its products on-line through the system www.epayment.ro or through cash on delivery system. This way we can offer our clients a safe and secure system of order and payment on-line or order on-line and repayment.
The first condition that needs to be fulfilled in order to buy products on Romania-traditional.ro is to create an account. This account contains your personal data and address, used for the delivery of the product and invoice. Romania-traditional.ro respects the confidentiality of these data. They will not get to a third person. For more information read The privacy policy.
Following the next steps you can buy our products on-line:a. Select the products you want to buy and click on the link "Buy now!" / "Add to cart"; these products will be put in your shopping basket. The products can be removed with a click on the box "remove" and then on the box "update".
b. Press the button "checkout". If you are still not registered or you don’t have an account you will be invited to register or to create an account. After this operation you enter the buying compartment. First of all you will be asked data about the delivery of the products. The delivery address may be a different one from that of your residence. To modify the delivery address click on "change address". You may introduce addresses on your address book (5 maximum). After you choose the delivery address, the transportation means are indicated to you (in present Fancourier service is used for Romania and UPS for the rest of the countries). You can add details about the delivery (if you want the parcel to arrive at a certain date or hour etc.).
c. Press the button "continue" and you will see information about the paying system. You can choose between "Cash on delivery" and "Credit/debit card by ePayment".
d. Press again the button "continue" and "order confirmation" box will open. Here you can modify information about delivery address, the products you want to buy, invoicing address and paying method. The total amount (products and delivery costs) is also shown here.
e. If all the information on "order confirmation" is correct press "confirm order". If you choose "cash on delivery", the on-line buying process is ready. You will get your products at home and pay at delivery. If you choose "Credit/debit card by ePayment" method, the system will get you to the sector on-line payment of ePayment, where you complete your personal data. Press the button "next step" and delivery system window will appear. Press "next-step - information review". If the information present in that page is correct, press once on "finish order", to send the order. Card data will be asked of you, on the next step, for Credit/Debit card (Visa / MasterCard) payment.
This information is necessary for the correct and efficient order delivery. The introduction of personal data is made through a cryptic connection of 128 bites (nu sunt prea sigur de fidelitatea traducerii). More information about this you can find on "How safe is it for me to pay on-line?". Personal data are not transferred to a third person neither by Romania-traditional.ro (SC BRENAS R.C. SRL) nor by ePayment system. Be careful to correctly complete the form and indicate the person to which the delivery and invoice will be made. The email address is extremely important because the details about products and the order itself are given via email. A simple mistake will slow the whole process. And more than that, Romania-traditional.ro (SC BRENAS R.C. SRL) and ePayment will not be able to contact you and inform you about your order.
f. Introduce Credit / Debit card data: If you chose Credit / Debit card paying method you have to complete a form with your card information. The system 3D Secure is used for payments using Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa electron and MasterCard/Maestro). It is provided by these organizations and it assures a high level of security, similar to that made through an ATM or simply, to a merchant. First of all, 3D assures that no information connected to your card is transferred or stocked at any time on our server or on ePayment server; the data is simply transferred in Visa or MasterCard systems. And even more 3D Secure identifies cardholders in electronic medium. The card possessor identification is made based on the secure code, known only by the possessor and it is only made on Visa or MasterCard servers. 3D Secure permits shopping on-line using any card provided by Visa or MasterCard, including debit cards and electronic Maestro and Visa Electron. Virtual cards provided by these organizations are also accepted.
