The delivery of the products bought on Romania-traditional.ro is made by two companies specialized in this field. The delivery in Romania is made by Cargus Romania and outside our borders by UPS Romania.

Return policy
The buyer has the right to notice the seller that he no longer wants to buy the product; this implying no penalties and no reason, within 10 business days from the receiving of the parcel.
The product is altered or defect;
You received a different product from the one ordered;
For the reasons shown above you have two options: 1. We will replace the altered product, and you no longer have to pay for the transport fees. Our demand is to verify the product in the presence of the transport agent. If the product is altered, we want you to specify this on the transport form and immediately reclaim this fact on office@romania-traditional.ro. If the parcel gets to you in bad condition we ask you to refuse it. If not, any ulterior reclamation is void. If afterwards you see that the product is defect please contact us on the same address office@romania-traditional.ro. 2. You will get back the entire amount of money that you spent. Through e-mail you will be informed how to apply the chosen option.
The return of the product
The product must be returned (as much as possible) in the original wrap.
The return costs are not given back; we will only accept the parcels that have the transport fees prepaid.
The returned product must be insured by the deliverer. The acknowledgement is a must.
Money is given back the same way you paid.
We do not compensate the product if the address that you used to make the order was wrong or incomplete.
We assure you that our company does its best to satisfy every request of the clients. The private transport companies that we work with guarantee the handling and the transport of the parcels with the best care, taking the good intact from the deliver.
